Terms & Conditions — nn999 Platform

Welcome to nn999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the User", "the Player") and nn999 regarding your access to and use of all services, products, games, and features available on the nn999 platform, accessible at nn999.bio and any associated mobile applications or progressive web app versions.

By creating a registered account with nn999, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the nn999 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must register only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• You must maintain the accuracy of your registered information at all times. Any change to your name, address, mobile number, or payment details must be updated promptly via your account dashboard.

nn999 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any of the above eligibility requirements at any time, including but not limited to national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each registered player is entitled to maintain one active nn999 account at any given time. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or shared with any other person under any circumstances.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nn999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account via the security settings panel. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including family members.

Unauthorised Access: If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify nn999 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. nn999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify nn999 promptly upon becoming aware of the breach.

Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat from your account dashboard. Any pending withdrawals that have passed verification will be processed to your registered payment method. Balances held in active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Account Suspension by nn999: nn999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been violated, where fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity has been detected, or where required to do so by applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Any breach of these acceptable use provisions will result in immediate account suspension. nn999 reserves the right to permanently ban any user found to be in serious or repeated violation and to recover any financial losses caused by prohibited conduct through legal channels where appropriate.

nn999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term will prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

Deposits: nn999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500. nn999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, nn999 will process withdrawals to a verified Pakistani bank account in your registered name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Within 30 minutes on average, subject to verification status.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Within 2–4 hours during business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: Within 1–3 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

Verification Requirements: All withdrawals require OTP verification to your registered Pakistani mobile number. nn999 may additionally request identity documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved.

Refused or Reversed Transactions: nn999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where the account is under investigation, or where the player has an outstanding balance of active bonus wagering requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nn999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

nn999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, nn999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominently displayed notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the nn999 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.
